Consultia was founded on September 2010. Today we are growing as a highly specialized consulting firm devoted to SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) based in the US in Miami, Florida and different branches across the world.

Over the years, our senior partners have nurtured a collaborative and people-focused culture because we believe that's what fuels innovation. Our partners each bring vast experience and significant connections, and now we work together with the same culture and devotion.

NUMBERS
Consultia consists of 28 people. The youngest is 31, the oldest 70. 10 are female and 18 are male. 28 of us share ownership. 2 of us have shot a quail.

THE DESIGN OF ECO-SYSTEM
A great service experience is a chain of events in synergy with each other: from products, to management, to financing and interactions. How does a company survive hard times? How can a company grow and not die during these challenges? What happens afterward? What happens in between? And how can the organization and its internal systems support it? It takes a synchronized eco-system for any SME to survive the challenges they may face.

That's why our approach is two-fold: fine tuning channels that are in place, and designing new ones for optimization. We help our clients with tools to map, coordinate, design and perform the complete journey both inside the company and outside in the market landscape. In this process, we help our clients manage resources and processes behind the scenes, so they align with both their recovery and their growth objective. And equally important, we identify their customer's thresholds and opportunities as well.

He participated leading think tanks for several top politicians across Latin America, as well as part of political campaign (specially due to elections processes) teams for them. Was proposed that Mr. Schcolnik should accept a position as the chief advisor to the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Secretariat of the Republic of Argentina based in the US. Was co-founder of a large number of companies, specially related to innovative technologies and environmental remediation.
